Take Your Test

Check boxCall 252-5400 ext. 3213 for an appointment to register to take the test.

Check boxTo register for the test you must bring $50 cash and a photo ID.

Check boxChoose one of the test dates.

Check boxShow up for the test on time with a PHOTO ID.

The person taking the test must register in person 1 week in advance.
