Student Appointment Protocol
All students are REQUIRED to follow the following protocol if they would like to meet with someone in student services face-to-face on campus. This includes Admissions, Advising, Financial Aid, and Enrollment Services staff. Limited appointments are available.
Appointments are REQUIRED with 48 hour advance notice. No walk-ins will be allowed. This is to ensure that we have adequate staffing available (as we still have rotating staff schedules) and to ensure that we follow IDPH and CDC regulations and guidelines for the number of people allowed on campus.
Appointments can be made by emailing the appropriate Student Services office:
- Admissions, Transcripts, and New Student Inquiries: email@example.com

- Financial Aid Inquiries: email@example.com
Masks and appropriate social distancing measures are required.
