DESCRIPTION:Leap Day Memorial Candlelight Vigil sponsored by the Southeastern Illinois College Student Government on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at 6 p.m. on the Southeastern Illinois College Student Center Patio.  This vigil is a memorial tribute to the lives lost and those affected by the Leap Day Tornado on February 29, 2012. Harrisburg Mayor Eric Gregg and Ridgway Mayor Becky Mitchell will speak.\nWEBQ Radio will broadcast the event on 102.3 FM and 1240 AM for those who cannot attend.\nIn the event of inclement weather, the vigil will take place on Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at 6 p.m.eastern
