Music
If you have a passion for music—past or present, pop or classical – and want to turn that passion into a career, take the next step with SIC!
Why SIC?
SIC offers a diverse music program with classroom study, group and private lessons, and many musical performance opportunities each year. You can participate in the Concert Choir or Community Chorus, which hosts a performance each semester. Play in the pit orchestra or sing onstage for a number of musical theatre productions, perform in recitals and occasionally acquire a paid performance opportunity.
SIC’s small size offers you a hands-on experience that is not available in many larger institutions, giving you a stronger foundation for moving on to the next level of music education or practice while saving a lot of money on your first two years of basic music education.
No audition is required for acceptance into the Music program. Ask us about talent scholarships.
