Where do I access my online courses?
The eLearning platform within MySIC is where you access your online courses. On the SIC website, click the MySIC link at the top. This will take you directly to the MySIC login page. Once logged in, click the My Classes tab. For assistance, visit http://www.sic.edu/academics/online-courses-and-programs/faqs or email email@example.com.
What software do I need for my online courses?
Every class is different, and your instructor may choose to use different technologies. Microsoft Office 365 is free for enrolled SIC students, and an entire suite of Office software can be downloaded for free through this service. This includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and 1TB of OneDrive online storage.
Where can I find instructions on how to navigate in my online course?
Help can be found by accessing our online version of our Online Student Orientation (OSO) session. OSO contains lessons with step-by-step directions as well as videos that walk you through completion of all of the tasks associated with your online class.
How often should I check my email?
Students should check email at least once daily, unless your instructor has provided other instructions.
Are library and research materials still available through the Learning Commons?
Yes. Our Learning Commons staff members are monitoring emails, and will assist you with your library needs Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Fridays 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or visit https://zoom.us/j/8499176953 for virtual, real-time assistance.

Is tutoring still available?
Yes. Get FREE online tutoring 24/7 with SIC's tutor.com service! A link to tutor.com is inside every online class. To access it, click the "Access Online Tutoring" link inside your course. SIC also has its own professional tutors available in English and Math. Contact them at: email@example.com
What should I do about testing and application for the PN and ADN programs?
The deadlines will be extended. Dates will be determined and posted here when they are available. Please check this site daily.
Will I graduate on time?
Yes. Instructors and the administration have worked to ensure coursework and program requirements can be met via alternate delivery methods
