Working Remotely

Beginning immediately, Southeastern Illinois College will provide remote educational and operational services for the rest of the spring term.


Login Accounts

If you need help logging in any of your online accounts including MySIC, txtSIC, and Email.  Please visit our Account Setup webpage or submit a Support Ticket for assistance.

Wi-Fi Services

For faculty who need internet access, hot spot areas may be accessed by auto in the north parking lot.  More information on location and protocol to be followed are located on our WIFI Map webpage.

J1Access

J1 can be accessed off campus through the remote server via our VPN client.  If you need access, please contact your supervisor. For troubleshooting tips, see the FAQ page below. 

Network Share Access

Network share drive can be accessed off campus through the remote server via our VPN client.  If you need access please contact your supervisor.

IntrinSIC Access from Off-campus

Use ntfalcon\ in the first part of your user name, i.e. ntfalcon\john.smith.  

Printing

Printing while connected to the remote server will only worked with a device that is physically plugged to the printer.

Whether you are using a college computer or a personal one, you are required to have the most recent security updates applied to your machine.  If you are not sure you are in compliance, please submit a Support Ticket for assistance.
