Welcome to Southeastern Illinois College! I’m Dr. Karen Weiss, and I’m excited to have you join our amazing community, located just a short drive from the stunning Shawnee National Forest.

Whether you’re preparing for a career or planning to transfer to a university, we’re here to help you succeed. We offer personalized tutoring, a fun Learning Commons, success coaching, TRIO support, a licensed mental health counselor, and much more for FREE. Our goal is to provide you with the tools and support you need to thrive.
Inspire
With our small class sizes, you’ll get to know your instructors personally. They’re dedicated to inspiring you to follow your dreams and achieve your goals. Many are also coaches for various extracurricular activities, encouraging you to excel both inside and outside the classroom.
Connect
College is about making connections and lasting friendships. Get involved, join a team, cheer on the Falcons, participate in student productions, or join a club. At SIC, there's always something happening and a community ready to welcome you with open arms.
