Administrative Assistant


This individual will act as first-line representative and liaison for the Foundation CEO & Assistant Director to all internal and external constituencies; be responsible for coordinating the student scholarship program by ensuring compliance with scholarship criteria and Foundation policies, maintaining scholarship payment records by donors, preparing appropriate correspondence to donors and recipients, maintaining student and donor files, coordinating the selection and awards with high schools, donors, and recipients; compose correspondence with donors and constituents concerning scholarships, solicitations, special event mailings, and other development activities as needed; maintain donor databases and generate donor history and pledge reports; assist in coordinating Foundation special events; maintain up-to-date Foundation publications, website and support materials; answer phone calls, receive visitors, open and distribute mail, copy material, maintain filing system, and schedule appointments; compile departmental reports; and other duties as assigned. // Full-time (50-week) nontenure-track position.


• Associate Degree in related field from an accredited institution required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks preferred.
• Experience with Raiser’s Edge, PowerCAMPUS and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects on a regular basis.
• All candidates will be required to successfully pass a background screening process.


Salary $23,000-$26,000 annually.
