Full-time Cosmetology Instructor
Description
This is a full-time Cosmetology instructor position beginning in the Fall of 2024. Responsibilities include classroom and lab instruction in the Cosmetology program, recruitment for the program, and committee work as assigned.
Qualifications
Must possess a valid IL cosmetology instructor’s license. Prior teaching experience, including teaching in an online environment, is preferred but not required. Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication, analytical, interpersonal skills, attention to details and deadlines with follow-up skills are needed to succeed in this position. Ability to read and interpret budget and financial documents, manuals, and procedure reports required.
Salary
Salary based on SICEA bargaining unit schedule, commensurate with level of education and experience.
