Customer Service Center Specialist
Part-time position serves as customer service representative for the college. Assists potential and current students, college constituents, faculty and staff with enrollment and financial aid processes. Assists Director of Enrollment Services with mass mailings, filing, office supplies, scheduling of meetings and management of team calendar(s). Operates college switchboard.
Applicant must have a two-year degree or customer service (or related) certificate. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability and/or willingness to be trained to work in our student record management system, Jenzabar EX.
