We have a wonderful job opportunity for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative for our Williamson County office in Marion, IL. Old National is seeking individuals who are extremely outgoing and are striving to advance in the banking industry. Customer Service Representatives are a good way to start! A Customer Service Representative is a key customer service position within the company by performing teller duties, but act as a backup to the customer service positions. This position provides prompt, efficient, and friendly services for a variety of service functions, including processing savings accounts, checking accounts, loan transactions, cashing checks, and selling money orders and travelers checks. Customer Service Representatives are a part of the sales program and are responsible for referring customers to other banking products. This position may also be assigned duties such as cash items, ATM balancing, safe deposits or back up for customer service and/or vault.

Qualifications

 High School diploma or GED Equivalent

 1-2 years retail and/or sales experience

 1-2 years cash handling and balancing experience  Excellent communication and customer relation skills.  Strong attention to detail.  PC experience is required.  Availability to work on Saturdays required.
