Customer Service Rep II, Main Office

Description

At this time, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative II for our Main office in Harrisburg, IL. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for delivering outstanding service through the efficient processing of banking transactions, increasing customer awareness of our products and services, and addressing other financial needs. Additionally this position is responsible for maintaining an accurate balancing record and performing other operational duties in association with the teller line. Customer Service Representatives have the responsibilities of opening accounts, taking loan applications, and cross-selling additional products and services. This person should be capable of resolving customer complaints and inquiries to the best of their ability.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

 • Associate Degree in a business related field
 • 2-3 years of teller and sales experience
 • 2-3 years of customer service experience
 • Excellent communication skills
 • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
 • Strong attention to detail
 • Knowledge of CBS, LaserPro and DepositPro a plus
 • Position may require you to obtain a NMLS License
