Description

The Egyptian Area Agency on Aging, a non-profit agency located at 200 E. Plaza Drive in Carterville, Illinois, seeks a full-time Executive Director to serve as its chief executive officer and replace the current, retiring administrator.

Candidates should have extensive experience and abilities in administration and supervision. The right candidate will have leadership and management skills to execute operational contracts, be able to develop resources and write grants, collaborate with other agencies, present information to small groups, and advocate on behalf of older citizens. The candidate will oversee the development and implementation of the strategic plan for delivery of services. The ability to support inclusion from stakeholders is a must.

The job is expected to begin after October 17 and by December 1, 2019. Work hours are 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. The salary for this position is commensurate with education and experience. The job description and requirements are available on our website at www.egyptianaaa.org.
