Guest Services Associate – 10/13/14 1:00pm-9:30pm (4 weeks)

 

A Guest Service Associate provides Hyatt guests, hotels, and fellow team members with exceptional customer service throughout the reservation process. Guest Service Associates must have the aptitude and ability to successfully perform in a sales role, in union with a high degree of customer service orientation. A Guest Service Associate must multi-task (talk, type, search multiple screens) without impact to the guest. Must be computer savvy and have the ability to type and utilize keyboard functions to navigate multiple programs and screens quickly and accurately.

The ideal candidate MUST be able to work one of the following set schedules once training is completed. We have a limited number of each schedule that will be offered. Preference given on a first come, first serve basis.

FULL TIME (40 HOUR – 5 x 8 HOURS) SCHEDULES:
11:30am – 8:00pm (Tuesday & Saturday off) 12:00pm – 8:30pm (Sunday & Thursday off) 1:00pm – 9:30pm (Wednesday & Saturday off) 2:30pm – 11:00pm (Sunday & Monday off)

 

FULL TIME (40 HOUR – 4 x 10 HOURS) SCHEDULES:
9:30am – 8:00pm (Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday off) 10:00am – 8:30pm (Sunday, Thursday & Friday off) 1:00pm – 11:30pm (Monday, Friday & Saturday off) 1:30pm – 12:00am (Sunday, Monday & Thursday off) Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including spelling / grammar)

Pay Schedule

 

Begin your new career at Hyatt and earn $11.00 per hour. Watch your wage grow with performance based increases at set intervals throughout the year.
