Description
Miller General Contracting/General Mine Construction is looking to fill the following positions:
- General Concrete Laborer (Preferred)
- Electrician/Maintenance Mechanics
Qualifications
General Concrete Laborer Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
- Concrete or Construction background a plus
- MSHA – Part 48 a plus (Preferred but will train)
- Must be willing to travel at least 75% of the time (EX: 6 days on, 1 day off, 4 days on, 3-day weekend. This may vary, depending on the worksite.)
- Must not be afraid of heights
- Must not be afraid of confined spaces
- Good Attitude
- Safety Minded
Electrician/Maintenance Mechanic Requirements:
- Must have Part 48 MSHA training for underground and surface
- Willing to travel across the U.S. 75+% of the time
- Electrical Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
- Mechanical Knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certifications: MSHA Electrical Card (Preferred) – Can provide training
Salary
Concrete/Construction Laborer
Wages:
- Starting wage $19/hr – $3/hr underground bonus which is paid separately
- Per Diem Paid: $40 – $55/hr, depending on distance traveled
- Housing is paid for employees only
Electrician/Maintenance Mechanic
Wages:
Starting at $23 – 27/hr (depending on experience)
