Part-time Truck Driving Instructor
Description
Southeastern Illinois College’s truck driving program is expanding and is hiring another instructor. This part-time position is responsible for teaching both classroom and behind-the-wheel training for those looking to obtain a CDL. This includes permit, pre-trip, backing, driving, and preparing for testing. The college provides all equipment needed.
Qualifications
Must hold a current Class A CDL license in the state of Illinois. Applicant must also have a minimum of 5 years of CDL driving experience with a clean driving record. Previous teaching or training experience preferred.
Salary
$5,000 per class for 160 contact hours.
