Summary of Duties:
The successful candidate will initially maintain existing Java code that interfaces with the FileNet content management system and Case Manager BPM system. The candidate will assume responsibility for administration of the FileNet Content Management system as well as developing new programs and interfaces to integrate with other business applications. Additional responsibilities as part of the Technical Support team will include responding to Helpdesk requests and other general IT functions. This position reports directly to the Manager of Technical Support.

Main Duties:
• Maintain FileNet and IBM Case Manager applications
• Develop new FileNet and IBM Case Manager applications
• Perform FileNet Administrator functions
• Gather application requirements, create design specifications, code program solutions, test and implement programs
• Perform project management functions
• Other duties as assigned including general helpdesk functions

Qualifications

Required Credentials:
• Experience programing in Java / Javascript
• Application development
• Project management
• Active Directory
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
• Desire to learn and enhance skills
Desirable Credentials:
• Microsoft Server and networking
• FileNet experience
This position is 100% time. The percentage of time in this position is not negotiable.
