Title III Learning Enhancement Coordinator

Description

Full-time Title III grant-funded position responsible for overseeing the development of writing and math tutoring system, including the establishment of a Writing Center and Math Lab; coordinate professional development work with target course faculty to revise courses; supervise Title III personnel; assist in evaluation data collection/analysis; and coordinate with Title III Project Director to ensure institutionalization of revised curricula and academic support services.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in education or related area; minimum of 3 years teaching experience, postsecondary preferred; knowledge of best practices in instruction/support for underrepresented students, required; curriculum development experience and professional development required; experience in student services preferred; excellent leadership, organizational, and written and oral communication skills required; experience working with disadvantaged, low-income, at-risk students preferred.
