Title III Student Information Technology Specialist


Full-time Title III grant-funded position that will coordinate with IT staff to customize and implement administrative software and modules; develop early alert/progress tracking, degree audit, student dashboards, and processes for accessing real-time data; implement effective technology, training, and support for advisors and faculty; develop and write procedures and training manuals on newly developed systems.


Associate’s degree required in Business, Management, Educational Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering or IT related field and relevant certifications or work experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of 2 years experience with information technology and/or student information systems required; familiarity with Jenzabar administrative software preferred; experience in technology training preferred; excellent organizational and written and oral communication skills required; and ability to work as a member of a team required.
