Title III Success Coach

Description

Full-time Title III grant-funded position responsible for developing and leading pilots of success coaching, including following up on Early Alerts, individually meeting with and providing assistance to at-risk students; provide training to SIC advisors in strategies to support proactive advising; assist with activity and project evaluation; develop and implement experiential learning reflection course module; collaborate with Learning Enhancement Coordinator to align Learning Commons services. 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Social Work or related area required; Master’s degree preferred; minimum of 2 years advising/counseling experience required; postsecondary instructional experience and experience with student information systems preferred; professional development experience preferred; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team; excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills required; and experience working with disadvantaged, at-risk, and low-income students preferred.
