Please join us for a reception honoring the life of Col. William C. Hise. Thanks to his and the estate of his late twin brother, General James C. Hise’s immense generosity, Southeastern Illinois College accepted its largest estate gift ever to create and operate The Ella Elizabeth Hise Museum of Regional Art.
