2024 Graduate Application Deadline

Are you planning to graduate during one of the following semesters:  Fall 2024, Spring 2025, or Summer 2025?

  • Did you know that you must submit a graduation application even if you do not plan to participate in the graduation ceremony?
  • In order to have your degree conferred on your final transcript, you must complete a graduation application and pay the $20 processing fee.

The 2024-25 graduation application is now available online on MySIC.

  • Once logged on to MySIC, students will click on the “Current Students” tab at the top of the page.  The link to the graduation application is located near the bottom right side.
  • If your current major is incorrect, you will need to complete a Major Change form in the Admissions Office.

Paper copies of the graduation application are also available in the Admissions Office in E Building.

If you submit the application after this deadline, you may still participate in graduation; however, your name will not appear in the ceremony program or in media releases/newspapers.
