Canvas Online Classes Orientation

Are you new to online classes at SIC? Join us for a Canvas Student Orientation and learn how to navigate SIC’s online learning platform, Canvas.

These sessions will cover:
• Logging in to Canvas
• Finding your classes
• Submitting assignments
• Participating in discussions
• Accessing your student email
• Tips for online student success

Choose the date and time that works best for you and attend either in person in Room A114 or online via Zoom.

Can’t attend a live session? The Online Student Orientation (OSO) course in your Canvas Dashboard includes helpful videos and tutorials you can access anytime.

• Thursday, May 21, 2026 | 4–5 p.m.
• Monday, June 8, 2026 | 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
• Tuesday, June 9, 2026 | 12–1 p.m.
