DESCRIPTION:When:Thursday and Friday\, Dec. 11–12\, 20258 a.m.–noon each day \nWhere:Southeastern Illinois College (in-person) \nDetails:An AARP-certified instructor will offer a two-day\, in-person AARP defensive driving course at SIC on Thursday and Friday\, Dec. 11–12\, from 8 a.m. to noon each day. This refresher course is designed especially for drivers age 50 and older who want to sharpen their driving skills and learn about current rules of the road. \nThere is no cost for the class itself\, but an AARP course fee will be paid directly to the instructor at the time of the class: \n\n\n$26.95 for AARP members \n\n\n$29.95 for nonmembers \n\n\nRegistration:Advance registration is required. To sign up\, call Terri Absher at 618-382-8869. \nParticipants should bring their driver’s license and AARP membership card (if applicable) to class.
