SUMMARY:Mental Prep Skills Camp for SIC and High School Students
DESCRIPTION:This camp is for high school sophomores through college students in any sport. \nTopics: \n\novercoming adversity\nidentifying and using strengths\ngoal setting\ninfluence of social media\, plus many more.\nThere will be a panel of guest speakers\, including Coach Kim Wheeler of Carbondale High School Softball and Coach Kerry Martin of Marion High School Football.
