SUMMARY:From Eldorado to D.C.: A Talk with SIC Alum David Blair
DESCRIPTION:SIC Student Government is hosting SIC Alumnus David Blair in the George T. Dennis Visual & Performing Arts Center Lobby Thursday\, March 28 at noon.\n\n\n \nMr. Blair will be discussing his journey from Eldorado to Washington D.C.\, the current political climate\, and what we can expect in the elections this fall.\n\n\n\nIn the 2016 Election Cycle he worked for the Trump Campaign and directed the Youth for Trump organization.   In January 2017 David obtained a position with the Trump Administration as a confidential assistant to the office of the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture.  Recently David established his own political consulting firm in  2021. \n\n\n\nThis event is free and open to the public.
