  • 7 Lower Body Machines
  • 1 Ab Machine
  • 1 Piece of Equipment on the way
  • 1 Pull up/Dip,
  • 1 assisted pull-up/chin up/dip
  • 1 Rack (Squad, deadlift, weighted rows, bench press, overhead press, auxiliary lifts):
  • 4 Benches:
  • 40 Dumbbells
  • 16 medicine balls

Cardiovascular Pieces:

  • 3 Ellipticals
  • 1 Stair Stepper
  • 6 Treadmills
  • 1 Row Machine
  • 1 “Butt blaster”
  • 8 bikes
