SIC Signs State’s No. 2 High School Archer
February 24, 2015

Dalton Hays, seated on the right, has announced his intentions to shoot for Southeastern Illinois College’s national champion archery team beginning in the fall. Hays, a senior at South Central High School in Farina, Illinois, is ranked by the Illinois Archery Shooters Association as the state’s number two high school pins shooter in 3D target archery. Surrounding Hays are his parents, Greg and Crystal Squibb. Seated next to Hays is SIC archery coach Darin DeNeal.
“We simply are thrilled to have Dalton join our compound division component,” expressed DeNeal. “He is one of the very best shooters in the state and will most definitely have a positive impact on a squad looking to win its third consecutive Division I national title.”
