SIC Softball Signs Power Hitter from Collinsville

Brylee Anderton of Collinsville has signed her letter of intent to play for the Southeastern Illinois College softball team for the 2022-2023 season. SIC Head Softball Coach, Maggie Calcaterra, is happy to add Brylee to the team.

“I believe that Brylee will bring more power to our line-up,” said Calcaterra. “Additionally, she is very outgoing and personable, adding a positive influence. You can really tell that she loves the game and her teammates.”

Brylee competes for Collinsville High School and the Black Widows Travel Organization.

Throughout the month of April, Anderton went 26-for-39 (.667 average) with 5 home runs, 24 RBI and 8 doubles. Overall, Anderton is batting .615 on the season with 11 home runs, 43 RBI, 14 doubles and a 1.269% slugging percentage.
