SIC Softball Signs Another Wildcat

Megan Beach of Marion High School, has been recruited to the Southeastern Illinois College Softball Team. Beach has committed to becoming a Falcon, starting fall of 2021.

“We are glad to add Megan to our incoming squad next year,” said Maggie Calcaterra, SIC’s Head Softball Coach. “Next year’s team has a lot of speed and players, such as Megan, who can play multiple positions, including the outfield.”

Calcaterra is looking forward to Megan’s presence on the team, and the hard work and dedication she will add.

“As always, we are looking for players who exhibit good character and a desire to learn in the classroom, as well as on the field,” said Calcaterra.
