Associate Dean of Nursing and Allied Health
Description
We are seeking an experienced individual to fulfill the role of Associate Dean of Nursing and Allied Health at our esteemed institution. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the administration of the college’s Nursing and Allied Health educational programs, managing budgets for assigned programs, facilitating faculty development and performance reviews, and coordinating various activities related to academic policies, personnel policies, curriculum, resource facilities and services, and program evaluation.
Qualifications
Master’s in Nursing (MSN) or higher; 2 years’ experience in clinical nursing practice; 2 years’ experience as a nursing educator.
Salary
$70,000-$80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
