College for Kids – Helpful First Aid
Bug bites, cuts, bumps, bruises, poison ivy, oh my!
These are all part of summertime and spending time outdoors. It is important to provide medical care and seek help as quickly as possible. Young people are able to do their part if trained properly.
Join Jim Totten as he teaches kids ages 10 to 13 helpful first-aid techniques. This two-hour class will take place on Wednesday, June 14 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. at SIC’s David L. Stanley White County Center in Carmi. The cost is $10 plus a $5 supply fee. Call (618) 382-8869 or visit the center to register.
