2018-19 is YOUR YEAR! Welcome back!

The halls are busy, students are learning… what an exciting time here at Southeastern Illinois College! If you are new to SIC, welcome! We are thrilled that you chose us to help you start a brand new chapter in your life. If you are a returning student, welcome back! We hope the transition from summer to fall is a smooth one, as you get back into the swing of things.

The fall semester has always been my personal favorite time of year. Fall is a time for change, and I feel that is what SIC can bring to you! Be sure to take advantage of everything SIC has to offer. Make new, life-long friends when you join clubs and organizations. Keep connected by checking your Falcon Mail and SIC’s Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram (you never know when you might see a familiar face!). Take advantage of the resources available to you as well, such as the Library, Student Success Center, and even your instructor’s office hours. We want you to succeed, and we are here to help you do just that.

Most importantly, ENJOY your college experience! Work hard, take time to relax, learn more about yourself, grow, and change!
