Madison Dye Named Shooter of the Year by the SIC Clay Breakers
Madison Dye, a standout athlete from Beecher City, Illinois, has been named Shooter of the Year for the 2023-2024 season by the SIC Clay Breakers. Dye, who is majoring in Wildlife Management at Southeastern Illinois College, has been making waves in the shooting sports community with her impressive performances.
Dye’s season highlights include clinching the Lady Champion title in Handicaps at the Amateur Trapshooting Association’s Grand American World Trapshooting Championships in Sparta, Illinois, triumphing over a competitive field of thousands. Throughout the season, she maintained an exceptional overall average of 92% across all tournaments and competitions. Dye will look to build on her success as she enters her second year at Southeastern Illinois College this fall.
