Login Accounts
If you need assistance logging in to any of your online accounts, such as MySIC, txtSIC, or Falcon Mail, please refer to the setup instructions and support ticket information below.

Technology Tools
Technology tools and software that can be used for remote work and instruction.
- Microsoft Office 365 can be accesses from the Falcon Portal
- Teams can be used for virtual meetings.
- 1 TB of cloud storage
- Download the entire office suite on your personal device
- J1 or JaaS can be accessed from an SIC device. Please see instructions under JAAS REMOTE ACCESS.
- Intrinsic is SIC's sharepoint site. While off-campus you may have to use ntfalcon\ in the first part of your username. i.e. ntfalcon\john.smith.
- Network shares can be access off-campus from your SIC device.
Note: Printing while connected to the remote server (J1 or network shares) will only worked with a device that is physically plugged to the printer.
JaaS Remote Access
J1 or JaaS can be accessed off-campus from you SIC device. Refer to the JaaS Remote Access instructions below.
