Three More Gamers Join SIC’s Inaugural Esports Team
Head coach of the new Southeastern Illinois College Falcons Faction of Gamers (FoG), Jason Fitzgerald, has signed three more players for fall. From Gallatin County, Blake Brown and Tyler Newton have signed their intent to compete for the esports team, along with Joshua Smith of Harrisburg.
Fitzgerald says, “These three young men are great additions to the team. They are enthusiastic and have personalities that will fit right in with the other team members. I look forward to seeing their performance in the tournaments and in the classroom. I am happy to have them as part of the inaugural Falcons FoG.”
