At Southeastern Illinois College, our Math, Science, and Technology (MST) Division is at the forefront of academic excellence, innovation, and hands-on learning. Our commitment to fostering a dynamic educational environment empowers students to explore, innovate, and excel in fields that drive progress and shape the future.
Our Mathematics, Science & Technology (MST) Division prepares students to succeed. With small classes and personalized attention, we can provide upper-level instruction that prepares you to stay top of the class. Students from our MST division have successfully transferred to the University of Illinois, SIU-C, SIU-E, Missouri S&T, University of Southern Indiana, Murray State, SEMO, and more!
"Starting at Southeastern laid the groundwork for my success at Missouri S&T. My calculus, physics, and chemistry classes from SIC transferred equally to Missouri S&T. The confidence I gained at SIC helped me embrace new challenges like Battlebots and Underwater Robotics. Graduating in May 2024, I have already secured a job to be a robotics engineer, designing and building mechatronic systems."
Cameron Triplett of Galatia
2022 SIC graduate and current USI student majoring in Engineering. Cameron will be starting a job at Caterpillar after graduating in May of 2024.
