Chemistry

SIC provides four semesters of general and organic chemistry for STEM majors, as well as a general education chemistry course for non-STEM majors.  Every chemistry course offered at SIC has an accompanying laboratory to provide students with hands-on experience in different areas of the chemical sciences. Students obtaining an AS degree while majoring in Chemistry can transfer to a four-year university to continue as a chemistry major, or apply to professional programs such as pharmacy, medical or dental school.
